When the Minich clocks were installed, they were all directly connected to the [[Central Clock]] in City Hall. This was to make sure that all of the clocks were synchronized and accurate to the minute. The connection to the Central Clock no longer exists and this has created the inaccuracies among the clocks.

These clocks were created in hopes of making Venice a more punctual city.[1] A common name for these clocks are simply the Minich Clocks.

Functioning

When the Minich clocks were installed, they were all directly connected to the Central Clock in City Hall. This was to make sure that all of the clocks were synchronized and accurate to the minute. The connection to the Central Clock no longer exists and this has created the inaccuracies among the clocks.
