What is Venipedia?Venipedia is a wiki-based website dedicated to providing unique information and data about the city of Venice, Italy. Although there are already several sources on the internet about Venice, including both the English and Italian Wikipedia websites as well as various Italian organizations, there are some issues associated with such sources. Wikipedia is a general knowledge encyclopedia that does not give very detailed information and provides almost no data about Venice. The Italian Wikipedia and Italian organizations provide more data, yet both types of resources are largely unavailable to the English speaking audience because these resources are written in Italian.
