History
In Venice there are 21 clocks donated to the city by Angelo Minich. Angelo Minich was a surgeon born in Venice. Upon his passing in 1893, Minich left the city money to build Ponte Minich as well as to fabricate a set of clocks. These clocks were created in hopes of making Venice a more punctual city. A common name for these clocks are simply the Minich Clocks.
