The Ponte de la Cazziola was built primarily using Pietra d'Istria. It crosses the Rio de la Cazziola e de Ca' Rizzi bridging a gap which is 9.1 meters. The bridge is not a crooked bridge. History

The following is any history we have regarding the bridge's origins:

to S. Maria Maggiore. It is found that in the parish of the Cross, to which they were subject these streets, lived a family Cazziola towards the end of the fifteenth century. Some individuals of it, as appears from the Mariegole of Great Schools, practiced the art of wool.
