Overview of Bridge

The Ponte de la Rioda was built primarily using Mattoni, Intonaco e Pietra d'Istria. It crosses the Rio Mocenigo o de la Rioda o de S. Stae bridging a gap which is 4.55 meters. The bridge is not a crooked bridge. On the northern side of the bridge is the sestiere of Santa Croce and on the southern side is also Santa Croce .There are 3 ramps. On the north side there are 7 steps, on the south side there are 8 steps. This results in a total of 15 steps. The summit is paved with Trachite. Also, this bridge has 1 arch. The bridge's Vuoto Decorato railing is made of Metallo and is about 3.00 meters wide is about 0.92 meters tall. Finally, the bridge protrudes 0.2 meters to the North and 0.2 meters to the South.

�San Eustachio. Took its name from the wheel (maybe the patrician family crest Molin which scorgesi carved above the wall of the last building coasting towards the brook 'Grand Canal', building that served the reductions of the brotherhood of the \Battioro\ and \Tiraoro.\
