Please follow these simple instructions when you duplicate the projects and bind them for delivery.

General Duplicating and Binding Instructions

  • You should print the FIRST copy of your report from the PDF file that includes all appendices.
  • Print the FIRST copy entirely on your printer, using a good cartridge and HIGH-QUALITY settings.
  • Alternatively, you can put the PDF on a USB drive and pay to get it printed at the copy center near the VPC (see map).
Cost in 2009 is 20 eurocents for B&W and 30 ec. for color.
  • This printout should be bound at the copy center near the VPC (See map).
Location of Copy Center with respect to VPC
  • To save ink you can then choose to duplicate all B/W pages and only print the color pages on your printers.

General Duplicating Instructions

  • For the exact number of copies to make, refer to separate Handout ("Delivering the Deliverables").
  • Team and advisors should develop a list of recipients of project deliverables, indicating who gets the printed report, the CD, both or neither (or something else).

General Binding Instructions

  • Put a clear plastic sheet over the cover.
  • Put a thick plastic or cardboard on the back for protection and support.
  • Use regular spirals and make sure they are the type that we can stick a label on.

Directions to Copy Center near VPC

The copy center we recommend is right around the corner from the VPC (see Figure 1). Exiting the VPC door, go right and take a left at the first corner. The copy place is on the next corner on the left.
The hours listed on the map above are obsolete.
The correct hours are 9:30-12:30 and 4-7:30.

General Filing Instructions at VPC

  • Use the VPC label-maker to make a label to stick on the spiral spine of the report before filing the report at the VPC.
  • Put the bound report, CD and other materials in the VPC-provided cardboard box
  • Write the Project name and term on the box using a thick black marker
