The Lido is the largest ''lidi'' of the Venetian Lagoon. It roads and a bus line that runs the length of the island as well as down to Pellestrina. The island has a long beach on the Adriatic Sea and was the favorite place of wealthy Europeans during the 20th Century. The Grande Hotel des Bains is the most famous seaside resort on the island.
Mazzorbo is one of the eight Major Islands in the Venetian Lagoon. It is located in the far north of the lagoon near Burano and Torcello. It has a public park in the center of the main island as well as a stadium.

Mazzorbo

Mazzorbo is one of the eight Major Islands in the Venetian Lagoon. It is located in the far north of the lagoon near Burano and Torcello. It has a public park in the center of the main island as well as a stadium.
