Murano

Murano is one of the eight Major Lagoon Islands in the Venetian Lagoon. It is located just north of the main city center of Venice and San Michele, the city's cemetery island. The island is most famous for its ancient glass blowing industry which is displayed in the Museo del Vetreo.

ACTV Lines

Murano can be accessed by public transportation. It has six stops: Murano Museo, Murano Venier, Murano Navagero, Murano Serenella, Murano Colonna, and Murano Faro, which can all be reached on lines 4.1 and 4.2.
