The Chiesa di S. Giovanni Evangelista, or San Giovanni Evangelista as it is locally known, was founded in the year 970 and is a Catholic church.

History

This church was first founded in the 10th century but was rebuilt in the 15th century. The church has undergone several restorations since then, in the 18th and 19th centuries. The church has an arched entry way into a small campo that contains the entrance to both the scuola and the church.
