The Chiesa di S. Giuliano, or San Zulian as it is locally known, was founded in the year 829 and is a Catholic church.

History

This church was founded in the 9th century and dedicated to Saint Giuliano, but the Venetians have abbreviated the name to San Zulian. Like most in San Marco, this church was rebuilt in the 12th century following the fire, and then again in the 16th century. The architect of the latest building is entombed in the church in honor of his contributions.
